It won't block your CC. The combination of a card to a code is something that seems to be kept recorded but you can keep using the card with a new code over and over.
They WANT you to use the promo codes. If you think about it, they get you to come to the kiosk and use it. The intention is that it helps you to try the idea of a kiosk for DVD rental. If you like it then you'll come back and pay. Sure there will be folks that only rent via promo codes, but there are far more that get hooked and keep coming back without a code.
Its just like a buffet. My friend owns a restaurant and she KNOWS she loses money when I eat there. But...I don't like to eat alone so she makes money of the other 3 people that come with me instead. So keep using the codes!
