Blockbuster Express kiosks which have just started rolling out into the Dallas and Oklahoma City markets will be offering Blu-ray disc rentals. Rentals of Blu-ray titles will be slightly more expensive than standard DVD’s. The first day rental for Blu-ray will be $1.99 with subsequent days falling to $.99.
